Hello!

I am Rachel Bellamy, the photographer behind The Photography Annex. I am a family and pet portrait photographer based in Southampton, Hampshire.

I love a wide range of photographic styles from traditional to wild and wacky, pretty much anything goes here! I always aim to keep shoots cute, sweet and fun, no matter who’s in front of my camera.

Do you have any special requirements for pet shoot?

I do require your pet to be toilet trained and have clean paws before a studio shoot. I do bring a towel with me to dry any paws if needed on the day. I also have treats with me but if you would prefer to bring your own please do!

Where is the studio located?

I hire a studio space (on a per booking basis) at Parker’s Photographic which is based in Woolston, Southampton. I will provide you with the exact address and all information you need prior to the photoshoot.

What is the studio accessibility like?

The studio I hire is located upstairs. It is essential you are able to independently climb the flight of stairs in order to access the studio. This does not mean you can’t have a photoshoot! Please contact me to discuss your individual requirements.

What should I expect?

We will discuss together what type of shoot you are looking for; a pet, a child a family group etc. I aim to offer a bespoke and individual experience that is catered to you.

We will also go through packages, that include price, length of studio time and the end result. This way you can decide what would work best for you. I will also answer any questions and arrange logistics with you ahead of time.

How quickly will I get my photos?

It will depend on the package/ amount of images you have chosen. I will be able to give you a more accurate time span at the time of your shoot.
